You should have a place where teachers can submit ideas to your company. Teachers are full of good ideas!

Launched this site during the week of March 16, 2009.
Include shipping options and rates (for other than ground) in your catalog. I couldn't find the other options.
Some of the kits are meant to be used once and with a small class. You have to remember that we teach 4-5 classes per day with about 30-35 students each. The kits should reflect that.
You should be able to see if an item is backordered when you look at your shopping cart. Then, I could make the choice between placing a partial order with you or a full order somewhere else.
You should make sure all products on the website have a picture.
You should have a kit that teaches parts of the cell (similar to the protein synthesis kit) -- something big enough for the whole class to see.
You should have a greater number of kits that you can order replacement parts for.
You should look into using smaller boxes for smaller packages. It seems like when you order only one or two small items, they come in boxes that are way too big with lots of packaging material. Cutting down would be less expensive and greener.
You should do a better job updating customers on back-order status. If an item is not currently in stock, we should know about it!
You should send periodic(maybe quarterly) updates through e-mail on new products in addition to the yearly catalogs we already receive.
